About Tom Saric

I've been in your shoes.

My background is in operations, finance, and strategy — with a track record of turning operational improvements into bottom-line results. I'm not a technologist who learned business. I'm a business operator who learned technology.

I helped take a family-owned company from $3 million to $55 million by building the operational foundation and implementing the right technology to expand across multiple states. When COVID-19 disrupted an $85 million acquisition I was leading, I guided the company through the crisis — restructuring operations and stabilizing the business so it emerged stronger.
