He has worked with Fortune 100 companies, startups, and family-owned businesses, gaining valuable insight into the challenges business owners and decision-makers face at every stage of growth.
Tom helped scale a family-owned business from $3.9 million to over $55 million in annual revenue, growing the workforce to more than 600 employees and expanding operations across multiple states. He led initiatives to streamline workflows, modernize systems, and implement technology-driven solutions that delivered transformative operational improvements.
He also led an $85 million acquisition process with a private equity firm, which was disrupted just weeks before closing due to COVID-19. In response, Tom guided the company through financial and operational restructuring, securing PPP loans and stabilizing the business for long-term success.
